Cancellation Policy

A £28 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of the service and is not an additional charge. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or you do not attend or are unavailable when we arrive, we may retain the £28 deposit as a reasonable contribution towards the appointment time reserved and costs incurred, subject to your statutory rights. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rearranged or the deposit refunded.
